Fairly large portions, but the quality of the food is severely lacking. The "fried" rice is not actually fried. Worst General Tso's chicken I've ever had. The only good thing on the menu was the egg foo young, but they don't have it any more. Also the chicken wings are kinda sweet, which I do not like.

My friend And I were looking online for their menu and we decided on our dinner. She called in our order and after I picked two items, both of the items I chose for dinner told to my friend that they did not have it. (Seafood delight and shrimp with snow peas). So after not knowing what to order, she said she would call them back after we decided. I had two other choices, Hunan shrimp which they said they did not have. The chicken wings with tostones used to be the best in town. Even though, is not easy to deal with so many people, The cashier lady is rude. She makes customers feel like they’re begging for free food. The place seems to be clean but that’s just the area people can see. Also, prices are going up due to the demand. I don’t even go there anymore. When I crave Chinese food, I go straight to the Jumbo now call Regals Buffett.

I've been going to Chan's for years. Saturday I order shrimp and broccoli with white rice. While eating my meal I found a strand of long gray hair in my rice. So... disgusted and disappointed. I called Chan's concerning the hair in my rice. Chan's apologized and said they would replace the meal. I wasn't interested in going back for another meal and recommended they start wearing hair nets. I won't be going back there anymore.
