Absolutely disgusting experience. My food arrived stone cold—like it had been sitting out for hours. Burger was soggy, the fries were limp and tasteless, and everything just screamed low quality. This place has gone completely downhill. I honestly hope Burger King shuts down this location soon so a better restaurant can take its place and actually serve decent food. Never coming back. Avoid at all costs!

They served everyone exceptionally quick. But when it came to put my order the attendant left and they made me wait 30 minutes just to put in my order. Of course everyone after me got served quick. Haven't been treated this way since rural Kentucky and makes me think they discriminate against people of color. I'm not saying they do, but sure felt that way. This has happened three times here. Terrible. Do better. Actually doesn't matter cause why would I ever go back

At what point do you move a car that has been sitting at the pick up window for 15+ minutes to a parking spot and walk their food out. I sat in line behind several cars for far too long which in return made me late getting back to work because the vehicle at the front of the line was not moved in a timely manner to a parking spot to have their food walked out once it was prepared. This is not acceptable in the drive-through.

Went through the drive thru about 20 till closing, Bradley took me and my friends order and was so sweet, I had felt bad for coming though so late but was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and kind he was. Had a pretty stressful day and honestly it made my day better, great young man and clearly a great worker. (and the fries where bomb)
