The food itself was good. The drinks and service were terrible! We ordered a Mt. Dew Zero and Baja Blast Zero. We weren't told until after we had our food that the drinks in the dining room didn't work, and they were out of zero sugar drinks anyway. The service here was terrible! The worst Taco Bell I've been to.

The drive thru AI is taking away from the customization portion of your experience. I have never been to this location and didnt think it was open. I was unable to customize my husband's order with the AI and I didnt get any sauce for my order. I understand AI is here but its limited still and didnt result in a good experience for me, unexpected for the food industry.

I hadn't been to Taco Bell in a while but the menu needs adjusting it's a Lil jumbled. No time look at the menu to find something new when so many ppl are behind me!! Delicious food though.

It’s usually okay, but the last couple items we ordered are super tiny and have very little filling. That, coupled with the AI? I’m glad I double checked the screen bc it originally put down the wrong items! 😒
