You guys need more employees because there was only 3 working when I visited. The drive thru line was super long and I had came in for a mobile order, I only ordered two sandwiches and I had to wait almost 30 minutes to receive them. I could see the sandwiches had already been made and were just waiting on the counter but I had to wait for an employee to tell them I'm picking up. We were just standing in the mobile pickup spot for 30 minutes. The poor employees were super busy and had a line of people waiting to order at the counter as well. It was not a good experience, you guys need to staff

On two different occasions something was missing from my order. This time (3rd) I got a meal for my lady and myself, I had to return because half the order was missing. Imagine driving back to get the food they forgot to give you, then purchasing more food to correct the incorrect order. This was 2 sets of two tacos then denied a drink refill. But the worse part is this isn't the first time somethings been missing from my order that I've paid for. If you order here you're literally throwing your money away.

The management was awful. Asked for free jumbo due to dodger promotion. Manager said they never have done that - which is a lie. They did before - so they are inconsistent in their policies. Never going back - will spend my money elsewhere!

This jack in the Box was a complete disaster. When I walked in there wasn’t no one to be found at the front counter so I went to the bathroom and it was a Wreck, and what made it so unacceptable, they just opened, so I got there at 6:20am; so that means they never clean up the bathrooms ever, and perhaps the table neither. I was the only person there and it took 20min to get my food. Terrible!!!
