I had a very frustrating experience at this Five Guys location. I tried to order two solo beef patties, which is something I’ve done at multiple other Five Guys locations without any issue. The price is usually around $3–4 per patty. However, the staff at this location insisted on charging me as if I were ordering full burgers, quoting me over $14 for just two patties. I clearly explained multiple times that I only wanted the patties, but they either didn’t understand or refused to process the order correctly. I recently visited this five guys and had a fantastic experience. The service was impressively quick, and the food was top-notch as always. Super Juicy burger! What stood out to me the most was the cashiers attitude, the gentleman with the muscles. He was well composed and genuinely attentive. He didn't over-exaggerate his role as most cashiers do but still made sure everything was perfect for me. It made the entire visit pleasant and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
