Visited Peet’s Coffee in Redmond and had a good experience overall. I tried the 16 oz cappuccino, and it was rich, smooth, and well-balanced not too bitter, which I appreciated. I also ordered the sun breakfast wrap, which was warm, filling, and flavorful great option for a quick breakfast. The blueberry muffin was soft, fresh, and had a nice balance of sweetness without being overpowering. The store was clean, and the service was friendly and efficient. A solid spot in Redmond for quality coffee and a quick bite. I’d definitely stop by again.

I think this was my first time experiencing Cuban coffee since moving to Seattle from Miami and Peet's did not disappoint. I was able to focus my entire zoom meeting in Peets because of it. This was a great pit stop after picking up some essentials from Whole Foods in the same plaza and heading to the library down the street afterwards.

Peet’s is widely known for their quality beans, but the coffeeshop experience is great as well. I love getting my drink in a mug and love supporting shops that do latte art (a sign of great milk texture). It is clear that the baristas are knowledgeable and experienced in their craft and are able to answer questions about preparation. They can also grind any beans on a 13-point scale (from fine to coarse) depending on what type of coffee machine you plan to use. Love this Peet’s location. Vanilla Latte is my personal favorite. They usually run out of cakes/pastries very fast. May be they should consider increase in supply and have some other variety of cup cakes.
