Based on the positive reviews, I had to try the Big Arch. While it was decent, I've had better burgers from my own grill. Also, I had ordered the shamrock shake but when I got to the register, a team member told me they were out of syrup. The kiosk was out of date and didn't offer a refund. I asked for a medium drink, but he gave me a small instead. I doubt I'll return to this location.

ordered by app, said order ready for pick up. mistakenly his 2 as space number which is where I was but it was not for pick up (my fault). went in and said I had a curbside pick up, immediately 'oh you did it wrong' then the woman walked away. Left waiting and waiting or anyone to help me, while 2 service heads were right near me just looking at me. Then finally after a new person walks up and was helped, the female lead asks for my order number. I show her and she said I don't know what that is and walks away. finally after a few more minutes they give me an order without napkins ketchup th

I feel like the quality of service has gone down significantly over the last few months. I go there and asked for a #5 on the lunch menu, I get a #5 on the breakfast menu. How’s that even possible? They never have the sauce I like, the frozen coke flavor on the machine hardly works when I go, and every time I want a certain beverage, they’re out of it and only have like 3 drinks.

Ordered Huntrix meal to get the card that comes with it for my daughter. She was very excited and when she opened the box, guess what? NONE.. Staff forgets the item. Service experience also was bad due to staff attitude by the driver thru. Lady was not very nice or welcoming.
