Fran C★★★★★Walk by here all the time, finally went in to pick up lunch. 1/2 chicken lunch plate I picked up was amazing. Chicken perfectly seasoned and juicy, salad fresh and rice fluffy and delicious. I want to dine in next time. The place looks like a mom and pop shop, it looks like the deco evolved with time, not stamped out like chain restaurants. Love all the plants.
Michelle Lim★★★★★since moving to forest hills, i’ve been relatively unimpressed with the food / dining options in the neighborhood until eating here. we got the pollo a la brasa combo with rice, beans, plantains, salchipapas and it was the first meal that really made me excited! the food was delicious and well priced. this restaurant is also run by an adorable couple and the wife does the cooking in the back. definitely recommend to anyone considering - we will be back!

Food was excellent, price was not high whatsoever for the quality of food. My party and I started with the beef empanadas and I have to say they were the best empanadas I’ve ever had. The puff pastry was the perfect texture and the filling was just delicious. Clearly made in house and with lots of love. For our mains, we got the Lomo Salgado and salmon with veggies. The Lomo was excellent, and a nice portion for only $20. The salmon and veggies were also very good. We fin
Alton★★★★★Not only is the food here incredible, especially the shrimp ceviche which was the best I've had, but the waiter was so kind and went above and beyond. He went OUT INTO A STORM to look for us when we left a bag! Thank you guys so much. We had just come from a cancelled concert and were super bummed, but having your delicious food and having our bag returned really turned the night around! We will be back when we can!
