My family and I went here recently, and since the remodel I can't say it has improved. The highlight of our visit was the over worked waitress. She was a star. Even though they were short staffed she was attentive and positive, but that is where the good ends. The manager sat our table and took my drink order, however he ignored my wife and daughter for their drinks. He also gave us three adult menus when we had an obvious child as three third party member. The waitress got their drinks. The kitchen was backed up as well, and over cooking our bacon and French toast was the final problem. Thoug

We arrived at 1045 on a Sunday. We waited about 5 minutes to be acknowlegded. The server said it would be a 30 minute wait. There were not very many in the restaurant so we asked why as the manager showed up. The manager said in a snooty (like we should have known) voice that she only had one server. We saw 4 workers on the floor and several in the kitchen. We left. J Resort, you need better management. We've been eating here for over 2 decades. On a brighter note the remodel looks great.

They just reopened. So gonna cut them some slack. The waiting staff is amazing the food is great. The management needs a little work. Pretty chaotic, but that’s to be expected. Hedy (our waitress) is amazing. The minor glitches will be ironed out in time. I’m glad they’re open again and will return because I just love the place.

Old fashion diner with great service and yummy food. We were in Reno visiting family and had brunch there. It feels like an old fashion diner that brings me back to my college days. We were seated immediately and the service was great. They serve you a very generous portion with quality on par with similar type of diners. Coffee is a little on the weak side but acceptable. I had steak and eggs but my son's rib eye was more tender and I recommend that. Biscuit and gravy is great definitely a high light. A good casual diner that worth a visit.
