Sally Lopez★★★★★Reno Coffee is so great. Magpie coffee is for serious coffee lovers who really care about and appreciate a truly handmade cup of coffee. The atmosphere is slightly more spartan than some hip spots, but don’t let that deter you. Inside this compact space, they are packing small-batch, freshly roasted beans and also retail some of the highest quality coffee brewing technologies out there (Chemex, Aerporess). Magpie is so obviously committed to a quality experience. We loved their simple approach and focus on the coffee. We also liked the bar, and enjoyed these fine coffees there.

So what it takes for me to really like a place is not only greatest espresso, but also good atmosphere and preferably human interaction rather than a bunch of drones, staring at their laptops. Happy to say that magpie not only had greatest espresso and tea, but I also had a great interaction with the person working.
