The food was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend their fried ice cream and all of their tacos. Their pineapple chicken taco was literally the best thing I've eaten in my life. Our office loves ordering Cafe Sabor for our office lunches! The food is always fresh and delicious, and generous in portions. Lots of options too for both individual and catering orders. The owner is very nice, personable, and detail-oriented. He really goes the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience and are satisfied. The only reason why I give 4 stars for atmosphere is because we usually order catering to our office, so I can't speak as much to the actual restaurant atmosphere, but no complaints from the little I've experienced. Last Thursday, April 16 we went to dinner as a family of five while Visiting Rexburg for baseball Game. We arrived at 6:45 PM. We were seated in a booth and our servers name was E…… We waited about 20 minutes and asked multiple times before receiving water, chips and salsa, we also ordered queso. After order was taken, food came out for all family members except me. I reminded E….. that I ordered a protein bowl so she went back to the kitchen to see what happened but didn’t return to tell me until 20 minutes later.
