I have to say that the lady was on her phone but really she never touched my food. She used utensils for the food, so regardless, the phone had no effect. I don't blame her for using her phone. She probably spends 18 hours in this place. The food: At first glance, the chow mein was weird looking, but it was actually ok. The fried rice was good. I can appreciate it when the food is not overly soy-ed.
