Worst experience in my life. Please nobody come to this specific location during night hours. The way I was being treated was not acceptable. Karla C to be specific she’s the worst. If she doesn’t like her job that’s her personal problem, don’t take it out on the customers. She gave me a hard time in the drive thru she even gave me the middle finger when I finally got my cold food and left.I tried asking for her bosses name and number and she literally said that’s she is the boss and slammed the window in my face.

Employees are dry. I needed help with the kiosk. And they couldn’t give me what I wanted when the items I wanted were on the menu And then I got my order which I had upgraded with medium drink And fries My box of Fries was empty. I had her take a look and she said that’s how they are. But in reality, she gave me what she had left. She was too lazy to put more on the beginning so when she did give me more she added some. On the fryer and still gave me a little last time I go here I also added bacon. I just realized only give me one small. Strip

it's usually good today at 7pm idk what happened.. my chicken sandwich was super dry and hard couldnt eat it,, my curly fries were also super hard.. I got the fries and they made noise as I banged them on the table 😆 I mean it made me mad but also laugh... and I didn't eat much so I guess it helped me consume less calories🤷‍♀️ since only like 30% of the meal was edible.. upset I wasted money and time but , it's usually good..idk what Happened today.

I'm glad they brought back the Bacon cheddar potato wedges. The Spicy Chicken sandwich was okay.
