I've been to this restaurant on several occasions. Never disappointed. Today seemed special though, thanks to the service of our splendid waitress Valencia or V as she's known. So effecient and helpful, knew the menu inside and out, cheerful and loving her job. Good wait staff need to be folks who enjoy being around people and she does. Our meal was ten times better because she helped us. Thank you so much for a great experience.

Absolutely love this place. The home cooked food is delicious! It’s only topped by the outstanding service that Rene’ provides! She always recognizes me, remembers what I like to drink & has it in hand & ready for me when she greats me at my table. Food is always great! My only question is when I'm out of town I order this for my mom, I used their new app which was great because it has a special request spot , she likes extra dressing. But to have it delivered is 7 bucks plus tip which makes it cheaper to order it through doordash, who they use to deliver it anyways. So why not add the special request on doordash or loose the fee. Because 32 dollars for a 15 dollar meal is a little much.

Lovely place with down home cooking. Their food, ambiance and service all top notch. We tried the pot roast with mashed potatoes and black eyed peas and hubi had chicken fried chicken with seasoned fries and their glazed carrots. The peach cobbler was a hit as well. It was all super tasty. Loved sitting by their large window and taking in the views and the music they played on the speakers was top notch. You won't be disappointed.
