I no longer live near this McDonald's but when I'm close by for work I stop in and see my favorite manager and have my meal which she generally orders for me and I don't have to say what I want. There's been a young male manager, I assume training next to her, for the last several months. I've witnessed his apathetic attitude have conflicts with several customers, maybe coincidentally minority customers. Today I was treated so rudely that I don't know if I'll return to this location. Eugene★★★★★Hello, I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for many years and the entire staff has always been quick, friendly, and professional. This is a very well-run store. However, I want to highlight one employee in particular — Oscar. I see him often, and he truly stands out. Not only is he efficient and attentive, but he takes the time to greet customers like friends. He remembers people, makes conversation, and creates a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Not only did I order a plain McDouble (every other location gives me cheese & two patties), they took OUT the cheese & replaced it with onions. Who’s the genius on the line putting these orders together?? Come on, we got to get it together. My receipt even says “McDouble, only cheese” — cheese no where to be found.
FiveOgamer★Absolutely abysmal. Ordered 2 spicy chicken wraps. Received 1 chicken wrap and a mcChicken sandwich. Halfway through the food it began to taste like chemicals, upon opening the burger I didnt order, discover white hair or fibers in my food. The woman who answered the call would not give a supervisors name and only when pressured gave her name "Lupe". Terrible customer service, terrible food. If I could save you the money and time I would give this location 0 stars.
