I’m writing this review very disappointed in the service I received through the drive thru at 1130p on 2/22 with I believe the workers name was Christopher. It was very rude acting like he couldn’t hear me as I was ordering and laughing breviary he had me repeat myself two times for every item I ordered. Then when I questioned him and asked if the intercom was working of course raising my voice because apparently he could not hear he said because you’re telling I’m not going to take your order then shut the intercom off. Everyone but my family was greeted. Service was fast but they were not very friendly. Did not stay to eat as we noticed how all customers after us were greeted with smiles and hellos. As well given the option to use the kiosk or have have their orders taken by a person. We had to use the kiosk.

JACK IN THE BOX IS EXCELLENT. WHAT HAS TO BE DONE IS, WHOMEVER CONTROLS GOOGLE MAPS DIRECTIONS MUST STOP GIVING DIRECTIONS AS IF IT WAS A VIDEO GAME. THERE HAS BEEN TIMES WHEN A LOCATION IS TO THE RIGHT AND GOOGLE SHOWS TO THE LEFT. ENOUGH PLAYING GAMES GOOGLE MAPS.
