Super expensive for mediocre food. Used to be ok. Used to have nice employees. Lately employees are not nice. Menu is confusing. I asked for the base kids meal because all the options listed charged at least $1 more. I just want the base kids meal- whatever that is since the menu doesn’t specify. Employee was super rude and told me to pick something. I was just trying to understand their menu and pricing. I have no idea how this franchise is still in business. I guess it’s a Utah thing???

I wouldn’t ask for ketchup fyi the staff will be super rude, yell at you and then stick their ungloved hand into your bag, touch your food, remove the fry sauce, and throw ketchup in the bag. Who knows if the shakes are now compromised because we received those after asking for ketchup and the girl with a tight bun in her hair shut the window so we couldn’t see what she was doing.

Good food at good prices. Just different enough from all the others to stand out if you need something different. I've always been treated well on my visits, and the fry sauce is a bit addictive.
