I had a pregnancy craving and begged my husband to find me a southern bbq place and BubbaQues did not disappoint!!! From the location being super close to the way we were greeted when we walked in the door by Payton, Azzy, and Haidyn I knew from the hospitality the food was going to be good. We got the pick 3 with both rib selections and brisket and fries and they recommended the broccoli which was GREAT!!! Perfect meal for me and my husband to share. We sat inside the place was clean and the best part was the manager coming to check on us and brought us their buttered soft cornbread complimen

Alexa at BubbaQue in Riverview was excellent. She took our order quickly and accurately, and she was very professional when bringing out our food. What really stood out was how attentive she was and how well she anticipated our needs. I was about to ask for to-go boxes, and she brought them before we even had to ask. I got the St Louis ribs... awesome flavor with the dry rub, so tender the meat just falls off the bone like it's supposed to. I usually eat BBQ once a week, and this is some of the best ribs I've ever had. Baked beans and jalapeno poppers all delicious. I wish I lived around here. Definitely found my new favorite place when I'm in the area. And customer service was top notch! Payton steered me in the right direction and both ladies very helpful.. 1st you are greeted well. I ordered the St. Louis style ribs. They were very meaty, but overall on the small side. The ribs were very tender and great smokey flavor. I give them a 9.5, only because of the size of the ribs. I recommend them over other barbecue restaurants that I have visited while here the Tampa.
