Arriving a hr before the lobby closes to locked doors was just the start of our downhill experience at this location. I dont have anything positive to say unfortunately. This location used to be great. Not so much anymore. Went to pick up 2 milk shakes and received what appeared to be vanilla ice cream with half a pump of chocolate syrup not stirred hardly at all. Both cups weren't all the way filled either, not to mention they had small chucks of little hard brown pieces in them... Take the few extra minutes to go to one of the other locations near by to receive far better service.

Amazing service! Manager Ryan helped me out with a small refund (forgot to apply a coupon) and then guided me through some of the menu options as it was my second time visiting. Really kind. Clean place. Lots of employees. Very refreshing compared to most fast food places that only have 3-5 people in the place at a time. The interior is nice. Edit: Luzenia was really nice, clear, and polite on another visit

THIS PLACE IS WONDERFUL. I’m tired of bad fast food restaurants constantly so I decided why not try Culver’s, and now I’m thinking to myself WHY HAVE I NEVER BEEN HERE BEFORE! The service, AMAZING, the burgers, so fresh and so clean and SO TASTY, the pretzel bites WITH CHEESE, HEAVENLY. This is my new favorite fast food restaurant. They also give you little stickers for your car mirror so that they can bring your order right to you, how amazing is that! 10/10 would recommend everyone try this place.
