Jacque greeted me with a smile and seated me quickly. She offered prompt friendly service and kept my water full and coffee good and hot. The food was prepared as requested, extra crispy bacon. The French toast is to die for! The restaurant was exceptionally cold - good thing the coffee was hot! - and I always carry a sweater. The atmosphere otherwise was very pleasant.

My daughter wanted i Hop so we stopped at this one. I had a really great experience. The customer service was the best part. My waitress was Terrie. She was really knowledgeable and informed on the menu. She helped us order and always made sure we didn't need anything. The food was good. Only complaint was the steak was not medium as I asked. However everything else was good just like I remember it. Definitely worth the stop for that classic taste and vibe.

I was at IHOP in Blomingdale this morning with my 6 years old granddaughter and a good friend of mine and her daughter Catalina. Marie was our server and she was wonderful, super nice and polite. Thank you Marie for being so nice.

The quality of service has declined considerably. The restaurant was almost empty, yet several tables remained dirty. We had to remind the waitress multiple times to bring our drinks because she simply kept forgetting about us, she got the same order of pancakes wrong three times, it was starting to feel like a comedy sketch. In the end, my own order arrived cold, but I chose to eat the meat cold rather than having to wait any longer.
