My first time here. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They even came around the table after our order was delivered to check in and see if we needed anything or if the meal was good. The place was very clean. And the food was delicious. Honestly one of the best Reuben sandwiches I have ever had. My wife had the Southwest Chicken and Avocado Salad. The greens were fresh and crisp and the chili lime vinaigrette added a nice brightness to the meal. Would recommend!

This was my first time as McAlister's Deli and it wont be the last though I will give it some time before I return and l'll tell you why. To start, the ambiance inside is much nicer than I expected going into a sandwich shop, seriously the place is neat. The food wasn't long of a wait and although the potato was dry I had no complaints on the flavor of the meal. I wanted to give 5 stars so badly but the service provided at the register was hard to look past and unfortunately it was just my luck on this side of the line where I was that Jasheeda was working, between the monotone voice and rushi

This is a chain restaurant that serves deli style foods in the form of fast food. Inside, there’s plenty of seating, a good atmosphere, and lots of people working there. Our cashier was friendly, and our food came out in a reasonable time. The food itself isn’t that impressive. Although there’s nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t feel as impressive as other sandwiches. The four cheese and the ham sandwiches were average in quality. Overall, would recommend going somewhere else.
