As someone with alpha gal, this place is amazing. Most of the food is vegan, and everything is put together in front of you. The rice is absolutely amazing. The hummus and the green herb sauce is also really good (though not spicy even though it said it was). We went twice once at dinner and lunch the next day. Definitely a new favorite I will always go to while in Roanoke.

Currently my favorite restaurant. Staff is hit or miss. Most are very friendly, but there are a few who act like you're bothering them by ordering food. You normally get great portions, but some staff will really short you and you feel like you got robbed for a $17 bowl. The restaurant is clean and the outdoor seating is a nice touch. I recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Ordered some bowls for take-out dinner. The order was filled quite quickly and the bowls tasted great! My vegan sister is glad to have options available for her and it's honestly such a tasty way to feel healthier eating your veggies. Would definitely get a cava bowl again when we're looking for something quick for dinner.

!!!BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! Clean store, but the bowls are disgusting. My wife, who suffers from alopecia (relevant to the story), ordered some early dinner/late lunch for us yesterday. I came in, picked up the bowls around 4:00pm. Upon getting home and enjoying our meal, I'm half-way through adding some more Ziki sauce to my bowl, as I spot a long black straight piece of hair in my cup.
