I have Celiac Disease and the menu has clearly marked gluten free options. I always inform them and they take precautions to keep everything safe for me. Keep an eye out for the bulgar and pita as that has gluten but most of the food can be made gluten free. My Middle Eastern husband says it’s the best falafel he’s had in the US. 10/10 recommend!
