I had a very disappointing experience at the Rock Island location on 2929 18th Ave. The employee taking orders was rude and disrespectful, rolled her eyes at me, and spoke in an unprofessional tone. I also noticed other customers being treated poorly. After placing my order for my family, I was told to park and wait. I waited over an hour in the cold, only to be told my food had been accidentally given away. I requested a refund because I could not wait any longer, but I was still charged $37 and never received my food or refund. I have contacted the store and customer service multiple times

Ordered Four chicken sandwiches One Big, Buford, combo And I only get five chicken sandwiches and they don’t answer their phone voicemail full for the general manager and the store. What a rip off

Service was not that great always have to wait especially for DoorDash orders they make you pull around for everything I wanted one extra sauce packet that they didn’t offer on the app and they made me pull all the way back around for a 28 cent sauce packet when they could have walked five steps to take my payment there I never mind paying for extra but to have the customer do more work when things aren’t offered on the app is kind of ridiculous and hardly do I ever get a nice worker on night shift

Tried to go there yesterday(Sunday) and sat in the drive thru lane for over 45 mins without any movement. Then tried to get a Uber eats pick up to deliver and ended up having to cancel bc of the lengthy wait once again.
