5 stars for 5 reasons 1. Sushi and ramen were really good! The volcano roll is fresh, decorated, and flavorful! The sweet potatoes roll with cream cheese is phenomenal! The Karrage was super crispy and crunchy! 2. Price is very good for everything we got! 3. Quantity is a lot for what you get while maintaining quality 4. Staff here are nice. 5. Food came out relatively quick

Been coming here as my personal Favorite ramen restaurant for about 4 years now. I have to say with the level of quality, taste, and service all are amazing. The wait is always worth it. The sushi is fresh and I'd recommend any of the tuna, while I don't like salmon, it's still fresh and tasty. They're very kind about mistakes and are quick to fix any issues. The volcano base with the spicy pork belly is my go-to, but all the options are great. The rotating appetizers are always fun to experiment with but the karaage is my favorite! The desserts are hit or miss but I'd definitely recommend the

I went to Maki for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Although there might be a wait, it’s worth it.The waiters were very helpful and friendly. This place is Vegan friendly and offers full customization when making Ramen. I recommend getting Miso or spicy miso bases and if you want to spice up your ramen I recommend adding fire ball You’re not obligated to have meat in your bowl. If you’re vegan and like sushi, I recommend getting the Garden roll and also the Avocado and cucumber roll. Overall if you are vegan and like Asian cuisine this is the place for you!

Delicious food that is thoughtfully put together. We enjoyed the nigiri sampler, ramen, and katsu curry. The staff were all friendly. We waited ~30 mins on a Friday night but didn’t mind and shopped around for a bit. It’s a smaller restaurant that is quite popular so think ahead. Would come back again!
