I spend up to 1k a month here. Not anymore. Management here has zero care to resolve any concerns or issues so don’t waste your time. The quality of the build your own sandwich (roast beef) has declined significantly as there has been barely any roast beef on the sandwiches the last few orders. It used to be a lot and felt worth the money. I get it, it’s a sandwich. But it’s also 12 dollars. I don’t think a little quality is too much to ask. I spoke to the manager, asked if something had changed because they used to be great; and asked why there was barely any roast beef and she didn’t

First time to eat at Jason's deli in a while. The potato was overcooked or reheated, couldn't tell, and skimpy on the fajita chicken. The tomato basil soup was good and actually hot. The muffaletta tasted good but was overcooked to where the bread tore the roof of my mouth. Or maybe it to had been reheated.

So, it’s a Jason’s and the food is fresh and without junk in it and consistent. I will always be a customer. Always. The usual cashier lady we love hasn’t been there in a while, she was super sweet and older, reminded me of my grandmother. She was a bright spot. Now the cashiers are ok but make mistakes and when the kitchen staff brings you the wrong things, they act like “touch crap, that’s how this got rung up”. So that’s not fun. Kind ruins the experience. Any additional effort on my part to get what I asked for regardless goes poorly. Do better Jasons rockwall….do better.

I visited the Rockwall location this evening and did not receive all of the items I was charged for. This review is not about the missing food, but t’s about the lack of basic customer service. If an item is unavailable, customers should be informed before being charged, not left to discover it after leaving the store. By the time I realized the issue, the store was already closed, leaving no opportunity to address it. This reflects a clear breakdown in attention to detail and accountability. I expect better communication and accuracy when fulfilling orders, and I would appreciate someone rea
