CakeStarBarbie★★★Sooooo......this place is never at the top of my list when I think about getting something to eat, but I wanted to try the new tenders since the commercial makes them look so scrumptious; plus their biscuits are good too. Mannnnnnn........I get home and my biscuit is the size of the sauce packet (photo added for reference), one of my tenders was burnt and the fries were mediocre!!! A complete waste of $12!!!!! Customer service was the only redeeming area of my night at KFC.
James Taylor★★★Nice staff and got the Double Down. I was the only one in line and had to wait around the other side for food. Fries were ok but a bit stale. Mountain Dew was good. The sandwich was a bit rough. It was under seasoned and couldn't stay together. I miss the older version because this new one doesn't seem as strong.
Pam Stone★Some of the laziest people I have ever dealt with, not mention BEYOND RUDE. The Matty Bowl with Fries, Brown Gravy, Cheese Curds and Chicken Nuggets was 🤢🤮, and I like Poutine. I would give ZERO stars but it’s not an option.
Amber Supinsky★They are absolutely lazy in there! They either over cooked the food or didn’t change the oil because when we came up to get it redone with fresher food, they gave us more over cooked chicken. When we asked for a refund they said we had to get it through DoorDash. I spoke to their district and corporate offices they said this is untrue. They are lazy and rude! They know they wouldn’t even eat that chicken themselves I’m not sure why they thought we would!
