Ordered an impossible burger around 4:40pm on June 11th. I got a completely burnt patty, I took one bite before spitting it out since it was so hard and looking inside to see this crusty, fully burnt whatever this is. It’s so burnt it’s falling to pieces and hard as a rock to bite into. Wish I had my receipt which they didn’t give me or I’d post that too.

Been to a lot of Burger King locations and this one is one of the few good ones. A family member always go to this location on a specific day and time and the outcome is always good. Customer service is good other things I can’t even mention it’s positive. Clean and fast service.

This was definitely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!! The “manager” marquese was extremely unprofessional upon my arrival at the drive thru and when I mentioned it there was absolutely no remorse and he continued to be rude. Once I asked for a manger he spitefully claimed to be the manager and was rude when I asked for the store manager information. He and his coworkers were laughing and making jokes about the situation the whole time. I’m sure the owner of that location would hate to know that someone like that is who they have in charge.
