Terrible experience at this Subway. I came in to buy a sandwich and wanted some unsweetened tea. I noticed that the tea containers were left open without any lids, and the drinks were placed in a public area. That doesn’t seem safe or sanitary at all. When I politely asked the staff about it, instead of addressing the concern, they became very emotional and said, “Yes, it’s not sanitary—do you still want it or not? If you don’t like it, just leave!” I was honestly shocked. I was simply hoping for a clean and safe environment for customers. Is that too much to ask? Very disappointing experi

This place is terrible they really messed everything up and ruined my night. They didn't give me the right bread. I didn't toast the bread. They didn't give me jalapenos. No sauce that we ordered. Legends really screwed up. Anaconda messed up my whole night this place is terrible I recommend you go somewhere else.

I wish I could give it a zero star review. These kids were not paying attention. The person that was suppose to bag them switched the orders on an older lady in front of me. If this was a 30 year old man they would’ve fixed it immediately but she sat there and waiting for numerous other people to place their orders before hers got fixed. Well, these guys argued about who bagged it. When at least three customers saw the sandwich be made. By the way this is my first review on anything so you know it was bad. Do better.

Today rlthe sandwich preparer refused to make sandwiches the way we wanted them. She refused guacamole, she refused salt, she refused pepper. She demanded that we put them in the order that she wanted them. She failed to drain the rotisserie chicken. She was an equal mix of "does not listen" and "rudeness". My family normally likes Subway, but we will never return to the one in on 8th Street in Rogers ever again. If we start with the phrase that "customer is always right", her view is "customer knows nothing."
