Here’s a cleaner, stronger version of the review: This place was a huge disappointment. I visited for the first time today and was shocked by the lack of value for the price. The chicken salad portion was extremely small for a $12 meal, and the mac & cheese was served cold. When you’re charging premium prices, customers should at least be able to expect hot food and reasonable portion sizes. Instead, I left feeling like I overpaid for a meal that didn’t meet even basic quality standards. I am very upset with whatever is happening with the drive thru. I used to get chicken salad chick frequently but after the other day I wont go back. I went to the drive thru around 5:30. There was maybe 4 cars in the parking lot and 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru. We didnt move at all for 30 minutes. I finally see a woman working the drive thru talking to the car at the front of the line and they drive off. The next car drives up and we sit there for another 40 minutes. I sat in line today for 30 min. There were only 2 cars from me to the speaker. Once I got to the speaker I sat there for 10 min before anyone spoke to me. The girl that is running the window is not helpful ever (4/16 2pm). Today she handed me my food and promptly closed the window before I could tell her she forgot one of my plates.
