This was an 8 piece extra crispy bucket. All the crisp was a soggy mess in the bottom of the bucket. It’s been years since I visited a KFC I should have stayed with Publix’s crispy chicken. The manager was nice enough and replaced the order. There is absolutely no way I’ll return to this location. I remember it used to be good but something has definitely changed for the worse.

I knew better than to come to this raggedy store, but I just had 2 teeth extracted and wanted mashed potatoes. We ordered a mashed potato bowl (with no chicken) and my husband got the tender big box. The very unhappy woman at the window barely opened the window enough to be heard but what we could hear she was so rude it’s not funny. Our food? My bowl had HARD CRUSTY corn in it, my dog wouldn’t even eat it. His box? Tenders harder than their jobs and the biscuit might as well have been a frisbee. The week day lunch time drive thru crew may be one of the best in the business. They are incredibly efficient and pleasant. I feel like I barely have to slow down my car because they are waiting and ready to process my payment and hand me my food by the time I get to the window.
