I usually order this drink from Starbucks so I would expect it to look the same every time. Tell me why it seems like this barista has never made a matcha before? I did not order a drink with chunks of powder in it. Do not even get me started about the powder sifting to the bottom of this drink. Making a matcha with little to no powdery chunks is not impossible, I fear. This service is embarrassing.

This specific Starbucks can never seem to get the order right unless its black coffee. Almost like the employees just don't care. On 3/6 I went through the drive through, asked for a caramel iced coffee, light cream, no ice. I received a cup that had more cream than coffee and no caramel at all.

There have been multiple times where I ordered a matcha on the app and they made the wrong drink and put my name on it (the sticker clearly has the correct order on it but it is the wrong drink). Sometimes I have my coworkers pick it up for me so I can’t even ask for it to be remade. I end up throwing my drink away because I don’t drink coffee in the afternoon. I’ve only had it happen at this location on Roselle and Wise Rd.
