Came across someone’s social media post about their $8.99 BBQ pork chop rice with egg special, and it looked really good. I’ve been to WeChat Cafe before, but since it’s not close to me, I usually don’t go out of my way to visit. I happened to be working in the area today and decided to check it out. This place is soooo underrated. This is the most amazing and authentic Hongkong/Cantonese style restaurant I’ve ever been in the U.S. highly recommend the red bean dessert 紅豆冰 and lemon tea!!! The congee艇仔粥 is also really good!!! Absolutely obsessed with this place. If I live in LA I would probably come here every week.
