The food was fresh, flavorful, and not too heavy — just really well-balanced, authentic Peruvian cooking. They also had a dessert called mazamorra morada, made from purple corn and slow-cooked for five hours with fruit and cinnamon. It was incredible! As a pescatarian, I loved the variety of fish options. The service was fast, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was very clean. This restaurant truly deserves much more attention — everything about it was wonderful.
