Seriously. This is what I get for my order for using mobile app. 1/4 a burrito. Made complaint on app, call the store and no number to call someone. No customer service just an email for spam. I worked in past time and they had a number in the office, and the manager said you have the complaint. You search online for the number. In addition I had to wait 15 minutes after waiting 15 minutes for my order to confirm completion. It's more of a burrito turd then a burrito.

This is the second time I've gone to taco bell this week and they messed up my order. I ordered the number 6 meal with a lemonnade and diablo fries. I got 1 chalumpa 1 crunchy taco and a lemonade. The rest was wrong. They gave me to nachos and 2 burritos.

The drive thru line was so long, I couldn’t safely join without blocking traffic and being in the middle of the street. I had to go inside where a big crowd of people were waiting to be helped. They are so understaffed. There was 1 person doing the drive thru window and the counter so we were taking turns with the cars. It took so long just to check in and now I have to still wait for my order to be made? What was the point of mobile ordering if I have to wait even longer than if I had just gone thru the damn drive thru. The inside was clean though so 2 stars for that I guess but man yall need
