We recently had breakfast at Rowlett Cafe and absolutely loved the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with friendly service and a warm, relaxed atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and prepared perfectly. You can truly taste the care and quality that goes into the food. The portions were generous, the coffee was wonderful, and the overall experience was both comforting and enjoyable. We tried this place for breakfast one morning, we were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and seated right away. Our server Karen got our drink order then our food order. I ordered Biscuits with sausage gravy came with eggs and bacon. My partner ordered the Super Mega plate, grits and French toast. All the food was cooked perfectly and so delicious. We loved it so much we returned the next day for lunch. The service is outstanding. The restaurant was clean as were the restrooms. They are only open for breakfast and lunch.

This place feels muggy and old, run down. Place needs some TLC. We didn't have a designated server. So if you need something you're gonna be waiting for a good bit. The booth seats were way to far from the table as if they were designed for fat people. The menu is very simple and not extensive, not many options.

First time coming here and when ordering drinks apparently the machine broke so they had nothing but drinks that were non refillable we had no choice but order apple and orange juice of the list they provided we asked so are they going to be refillable since machine is broken she said no how is it our fault ? first time and so far experience isnt a 10/10 all plates say 2 eggs- 2 eggs isnt a lot lets be honest needless to say we will not be returning. for the food we ordered chorizo scramble and jalapeno swiss burger scramble was good hardly any egg of course the burger says it in the name jala
