I stopped here on the way home. This was the large fries that I ordered. It’s only half full and have no salt. The lemonade that I ordered had no flavoring and tasted like water. Very disappointed. Following up, I contacted their customer care. They did nothing to remedy the situation.

This mcdonald’s should be shut down. The employees are HORRIBLE i went their around 11:30-11:35 am on June 18, the lady who took my order, sounded like a young girl, was incredibly rude, that is no way to act towards customers. Her tone was so rude and when i asked questions she brushed me off, next i go to the window and it’s a older lady, she tries to grab my card, with oil or god knows what ALL OVER HER HANDS. I feel bad to have to give 2 stars because the differences between the day crew and night crew are polar opposites. The morning/afternoon crew are awesome! Friendly, fast service, and never a mistake with my order. The evening crew on the other hand is THE worst. I've come on several occasions before finally deciding to write this review. I can understand a mistake every now and again, however EVERY time I come anytime after 3 or so the service is almost non existent, and my order is wrong or always missing something, doesn't matter if I'm inside or in the drive thru. Watching as I am waiting to pick up an order. One employee on phone, another dropping cuss words. What freaks me out more, was the employee who was eating, in the fry eat, finished, wiped their mouth, touched their hat and then went to working and touched fry bags and sticking their fingers in the back of the fries, so they are being touched.. gross.
