What the hell has happened to this place. Wanted an onion burger listed on the pickup menu. It was not on the drive thru menu. They advertised the fries being crinkle cut and I got McDonald's style fries. The only thing that saved this place was the chocolate milkshake. But then compared to in n out, the same items would have been $2-3 dollars cheaper at in n out. Doing a hard pass the next time when considering bakers for a meal

I got the chicken club. The chicken had no flavor at all. But overall the sandwich was nasty and I only ate 3 or 4 bites. Y'all got to step that way up. Tasted liked boiled fake chicken.

Burnt fries ( guess they haven't cleaned there cooking oil) food got smaller but MORE EXPENSIVE. Dirty tables, self order kiosk what happened to customer service? Before you were greeted and your food was brought to your table. Your food gets bagged no more food trays if you dine inside . Last time ill come to bakers.

We order a family combo, 3 drinks to dine in. I am given a bag to go. No regular sugar for the coffee and wasn’t told until after I was served. Taco had a hair, when I go to tell them. I get an attitude from the manager. I request a refund and she tells me that she can’t give me a refund because the rest of the food is good. I am like, I don’t feel comfortable eating if there was a hair on my food. The manager tells me she won’t refund me until she sees me throw away the rest of the food. I am like ok. She keeps going on why she doesn’t understand why I want a refund if the rest of the food w
