Shawn Graves★Ordered hot sake, it was sour, obviously spoiled. Waiter did not care, stated he was the Manager and all sales were final, no refunds or exchanges. I would assume there is an exception for spoiled food, nope, no exceptions. Manager also stated he didn’t drink alcohol or sake, but then came back to the table stating he tried the hot sake and it tasted fine. What? I thought you didn’t drink sake? $1 for siracha on the side, that’s just nickel and diming customers. Last of all, no receipt when you check out, so you don’t even know what you pay for.
