Stopped in on a whim during my commute and Cosmic Coffee immediately earned a permanent spot in my rotation. The Boss Burrito is the real deal — stuffed, satisfying, and the kind of breakfast that actually holds you together until lunch. Added a little Cholula and it was game over. The cold brew is from Vitality Roasters and it shows. Smooth, clean, no bitterness — just ordered it with a splash of cream and it was absolutely perfect. No bells and whistles needed when the coffee is that good. This place is flying under the radar and it shouldn't be. If you're commuting through NE Minneapolis, don't sleep on it.

First time here on a Saturday morning. It’s a cozy, welcoming shop with somewhat limited seating, but it wasn’t a problem as it was not insanely busy like some inner city shops. Nice place to chill or get work done. My favorite atmospheric item was the small TV with movies playing up at the window seats! Prices were the best of any coffee shop I’ve seen around the cities. $4.50 for my medium honey latte. Kid friendly too - a gentlemen came in with his kids and ordered hot chocolates. The owner (I believe) came over to their table and filled them up with more whipped cream when they were running low :)

Great neighborhood coffee shop. Dusty pulls a great shot and has a cool place here. I don't live in the area, but I will be back when I return! Cosmic has breakfast burritos and a small selection of locally made pastries. Nice welcoming vibe here.

Great coffee! Lots of choices. Had a hot, salted caramel latte and a chocolate muffin and both were delicious. Really great prices. There are fun, local artisan goods for sale inside along with seating. Open area outside that is fenced in with tables and chairs. Seems to be dog friendly. Would definitely go back again.
