Went here for a Saturday brunch and everything was perfect! Loved the strawberry chocolate French toast and Lemon Garlic Chicken with Steak tips! Definitely going to be our favorite go to meals. Always have to order my peach iced tea and we also got got the sunshine refresher! There wasn't a wait time at all when we got there around 11:45am ish and the food was on the table shortly after taking a seat. Server was really nice, too! My fave Bob Evans branch!

Waited 45 minutes for a pickup order I scheduled the day before. When I got there they hadn’t even started my order yet and the workers spent the *entire* time arguing and BSing each other while they made my food. One cook was clearly enjoying themselves and laughing about how long it was taking and how they were under-filling one tray of each food. The poor cashier, the only one who was trying to provide good service, was just running into a wall with the main cook. I couldn’t quite tell but some of the arguing seemed to involve the cook purposefully making the wrong food or dressings. Clearl

To be honest, I was quite shocked and surprised by how fresh and well presented the food was and how friendly and welcoming the staff was because I had not been in a Bob Evans in over 20 years. I really wasn’t expecting much but it was the only place open and my teenage son and I were hungry but I ordered an omelette and he ordered the chocolate chocolate pancakes. We were greeted within minutes and served promptly and the food really couldn’t have been better.

The food wasn't great. Our food was all cooked together on the grill! My ham was cooked in the same area as the sausage and bacon with burned remnants on the top & bottom w/o cleaning the area and the same with the gummy pancakes that were pale in color, not golden, but black remnants from the meats that were cooked in the same area on the grill. The waitress was good, but, the food wasn't. The ham was also cooked to the point of being dry & tough. I try not to complain too much but, when going out for a meal, I expect it to be good or at least decent and edible. I realize places are still sho
