Ordered a bacon burger lettuce wrap and specified no cheese since I’m lactose intolerant. I always watch and make sure that cashiers are entering my order correctly on the screen in case I need to clarify on the no dairy aspect, but didn’t see any issues with how the cashier wrote the order ticket. It's been awhile since I visited this five Guys restaurant, and I was surprised by how different it was than the last time I was here. I popped in for a late lunch a few days ago, and there were just a few people in line. While I was waiting to order, it was hard not to notice how dirty the restaurant was - both in the food prep area and in the dining area. I realize fast food restaurants get busy and they don't always do a good job of keeping the place tidy during the lunch rush, but it was around 2:30 and the place was a mess.
