Wow!!! I ordered the laab not having tried it ever before. Tons of beautifully seared perfectly medium rare slices of beef in a bed of lettuce, cucumber, onions, lots of cilantro with toasted crispy rice powder giving it an amazing texture. The flavor’s are bright and complex with a little spicy kick that is perfectly balanced I could eat this at least once a week. I am just stunned how good this is. I have traveled extensively through Asia and this is one of the best meals I’ve ever had. My only complaint is that the portion is enormous and I am now stuffed. I will be back again soon.

I want to love this food because Thai is in my top 3. Everything I have gotten has looked delicious, but just lacking balance of flavor. Usually I feel it needs just a touch of sweetness to balance the savory, like every other Thai food I've had and loved. Food is always fresh and looks amazing though. I'll keep trying..
