I wasn’t expecting much and this restaurant surprised me in a very nice way. The server was really nice (and extra patient with kids) at all times. I was supposed to have a salad and ended up ordering the baby back ribs and let me tell you, they were excellent! Ordered fries and mashed potatoes on the side and the latter was delicious. The Lone Star Cafe is a great place to eat on the Riverwalk. Prices are the best around & the food & staff are too. We always eat here when we come. And nobody has lunch specials this good for these prices anywhere on the Riverwalk.
