Don’t go to the grocery store unless you want to sit in line for a half hour. I would consistently go here for months since I lived right down the street. Every time I went there there’s only one lane open with about 20 people in it. There are plenty of other good grocery stores downtown where you don’t have to wait 30 minutes to check out.

I just left here VERY dissatisfied. I had a security guard clock me in a very obtrusive way from the MOMENT l walked in the store. He carried it on up until I went to the register to pay. I finally said to him to stop making me feel uncomfortable by his obtuse behavior and he tried to play dumb. I then flagged the manager down and he was complicit with the security guard's behavior. Seeing that this type of mistreatment of the customers is tolerated and quietly encouraged by the management here, I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE ANYMORE. This grocery store is large for being downtown East village area. They have a pharmacy, bakery, and deli selection. Parking is below the building. They have over priced coin Star machine. They have a larger ice cream selection than any other store in the area. Self check out lines and offer delivery service through 3rd party

I had a chance to pass by this location and help a young lady to use the phone I really hope she was safe at this location. Sometimes downtown could be really scary. But the store looked well kept from the outside and customers where passing by with smiles walking out of Albertson's and that really says a lot about a company
