J W★★★I ordered takeout for pickup. My fried chicken were quite cold. I ordered half & half. My spicy chicken was not spicy enough. My original chicken was not crispy enough. Gravy was great. However, overall, the quality of fried chickens was just above average, I can’t say I want to buy this again and again. I hope they improve the quality of crispiness, flavors profile, taste and texture over time.

And no ice in the soda machine , really bad Jollibee, we love the chicken before but today even the service was bad. I hope you guys fix this if you dont have chicken dont sell the sandwich over fry please for respect to the customer.
