I visited on June 24, 2026, at approximately 11:32 a.m. The business's posted hours clearly state that it opens at 11:00 a.m., yet the front door was still locked when I arrived. I could see an employee inside preparing things. After making eye contact and waving to get their attention, the employee simply walked into the back kitchen area and never came back. No one opened the door, no one acknowledged me, and no one offered any explanation. I waited outside for about five minutes, hoping someone would assist me, but I was completely ignored and
