Only 1 person at register, 2 people on drive thru and when I came in there was like 2-3 cars. I think I should have went to the drive thru I would have gotten faster service that way. Now after 10-15mins he came over and when I said I have a to go order, it wasn't even done and they didn't even look at it until I came in and had to wait almost 10mins for my dinner!! I decided to walk in without my cane because it should have been on the pick up area it was supposed to be done at 710pm. I didn't walk out of there until 729pm, I had to stand there and wait until he came over and asked for my ord

Fantastic experience! The food was delicious and hot! The staff was friendly and the man that took our order, Benjamin, was knowledgeable and gave us great service! He knows his job and was quick to answer all our questions! Great job!

The cashier was very dry. No greeting, no thank you. Fries were just warm but the gravy made up for it.

We ordered a 12 piece dinner meal when we got our chicken, the skin was literally falling off as we took a bite of the chicken, you can totally taste grease in our chicken. It was so gross, we will never be going back to this establishment. This KFC doesn't know how to cook the chicken
