Of all the sushi I've had in Utah, this was hands down the best. The fish was excellent quaility and they give generous proportions. Sushi rolls were unique and every one we tried was delicious. I liked that the menu had a theme, and wasn't just your generic "special rolls" that every sushi resturant offers. The waitress was professional, friendly and happy to be there. She wasn't pushy at all, and knew the menu well. The ube ice cream for dessert was top notch; they also sell it by the pint which we ended up buying one to take home. Price was on the higher end, but wasn't outrageous. By all

Highly recommend. I am a sushi connoisseur and this is a great “go to” sushi experience. I loved the spice mix served with the nigiri. I love it when nigiri gets dressed up and while they didn’t do that, I was given a delicious mix to dress it myself. Also the rice was warm! IYKYK. I also had the Saturn roll which was excellent.

While it lacks the true authenticity of Japan-level sushi since it leans toward fusion cuisine, it’s still one of the better sushi experiences in SLC. The interior is posh, the food is beautifully presented, and the staff is friendly. Although it deviates from a traditional Japanese setting, it still makes for a very enjoyable dining experience overall!

Didn’t realize this place was open till midnight some nights till our friends took us out last night! Amazing. Such a cute spot and very cozy. They have a nice patio (still too cold) but looking forward to coming back to enjoy delicious food plus beautiful weather! But last night went above and beyond expectations. From tapas to sushi everything has its own unique name, twist and taste. Great vegetarian options. We’re from out of but come to UT once a month for work and this is our new spot! Thank you Sunny and Myla for the wonderful experience
