Alan Ritchie★★★★★Oat was one of the best places we went during our time in Santa Barbara. We tried it early on during our trip and couldn’t stop talking about it and returned to get more. Our favorites were the sage/garlic bread, super seed cookie, and cinnamon bun. All were so fresh and perfectly made. The staff was also friendly. This is a place I would recommend to everyone going to Santa Barbara. Of note- it is primarily for take out as there is not any seating on the inside.
Y B★★★★★Absolutely delicious!! Prices are a bit high, but the quality and freshness are both unbeatable! The olive focaccia and the garlic sage buns were both incredible!

The quality and taste of their bread, especially the unique ones like the seed bread and the one with cheddar cheese and apples, left a lasting impression on me 🏡 Atmosphere: Oat Bakery is a cozy and charming spot, a true hidden gem in Santa Barbara. It's a tiny place but has a great vib

This is the most enjoyable sourdough I have had the past years. We also had the focaccia with onion and cheese. It’s savory, light and airy in tex
